Yes, all bosses were recently buffed to roughly an 18% spawn rate IIRC.A "GOOD" player will have 40%+ survival rate. If you can survive 1/3 raids, you're honestly doing pretty well. It can be frustrating being on the lower end of that though. Good luck, it can be hard starting out but honestly there's nothing like playing tarkov for the first time.. lol.
