2024 Ryzen 7 5700g idle temperature

19 Posted October 24, 2022 I'm having a confusion about idle temperatures on my Ryzen 7 5700g. They are running from 40C to 55C. If I'm doing nothing, and load is 0% on all cores, temperature drops to 40C. But if I use Chrome and Discord at the moment, they ramp up to 55C.. Atandt fiber internet 500

I had 5800x and would experience performance leaps and temp spikes. Along with, naturally, inconsistent framerate delivery. PBO IS WELL INTENTIONED , BUT GARBAGE. You can undervolt and overclock and have consistent framerate delivery and temperature expectation. Look at guides related to eco mode. The maximum operating temperature for your processor is 90c. The processor starts to throttle or slow down when it reaches and passes 90c. Your processor shouldn't reach 90c with your AIO Liquid CPU Cooler. Something is making your processor run at almost to the point overheating. .
